Qorval's Creditor Recovery Services group ("CRS") adds post-confirmation and company or trust liquidation expertise to its present capabilities in the areas of operational improvement, crisis management, bankruptcy planning, and bankruptcy administration. Our professionals have extensive experience in real company management prior to their years of involvement in all phases of the bankruptcy process.

CRS focuses their efforts on the concluding, or winding down, of companies after bankruptcies. Wind downs include many of the pre-confirmation activities such as claims' reconciliation, litigation assistance, preference action assistance, asset liquidation, management of people and resources, and distributions to creditors. In addition, special skill sets related to interpreting and implementing plans of liquidation, managing trusts, and terminating legal entities are required. CRS has perfected processes and software to handle the various activities in a very efficient manner, while still maintaining the attention to detail and overall accuracy needed to complete these tasks.

Preference actions in prosecution or defense
- Qorval offers preference analysis using a unique methodology incorporating statistical tools, charts, and tables to identify key attributes of the affirmative defenses of ordinary course and new value.
Claims reconciliation management, objections exhibit production, and creditor distributions
- Qorval utilizes software designed for process management, record keeping, and exhibit and report generation.
Preparation of bankruptcy Statements and Schedules
- Qorval has the capacity to function as a recipient of data from the debtor for the purpose of producing standard exhibits and data tables.
- Qorval can also work on site to compile data and perform all associated reporting functions.
