Creating maximum value for our Clients requires much more than simply running an auction process, finding the right buyer, or creating competition. While all of these things are important, it is only a seasoned M&A professional who can call on buyers, present the value of his Client, bring buyers to the table, and keep them dedicated to the deal. Running the auction does not mean throwing as many books as possible into the marketplace and signing with the last buyer standing. It requires someone who can:

- Credibly articulate management's vision;
- Orchestrate multiple buyers in an honest and engaged fashion; and,
