The vast experience and expertise of Admiral Robert J. Natter, USN Retired, was not only forged in his distinguished 41-year Navy career, which included serving as Commander, U.S. Atlantic Fleet and the first Naval Component Commander to the U.S. Northern Command, but also in his post-Navy retirement activities in private industry. As could be expected, he has been a consultant to companies in the defense industry, but he has also served as a quality, service and performance consultant to McDonald's Corporation-reflecting his experience, expertise and an education that includes the Naval Academy, as well as a Masters Degree in business management and international relations.
