Matthew Kirst provides more than twenty years of corporate banking and leveraged lending experience with four major U.S. and European financial institutions. In addition to his expertise in guiding financial institutions through the FDIC resolution process, Kirst’s responsibilities have included origination, analysis, structuring, portfolio management, documentation, and syndication of private equity sponsored and highly leveraged loans in a wide range of industries and countries.
