Following a BBA from Emory University, Goulden earned a law degree at Case Western Reserve University, and is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management's Equity and Financial Valuation Executive Program. He has more than twenty years of experience as a restructuring, asset management, bankruptcy and capital markets advisor and executive.
