Following the spirit of The Hippocratic Oath that says first do no harm. Integrity is the cornerstone of every activity and action by the people of QORVAL. With integrity as our foundation, we believe in the business core values that result in security for the four parties of interest: shareholders, employees, suppliers and customers. Each party defines security by its own unique definition and has the right to hold that definition. Our experience in providing security for the four parties of interest is based upon three core values: profit, growth and fun. A company that is not profitable is doomed. A company that is not profitable cannot be sustained. Profit is a core value. A company that is not growing is stagnant and the odor of a stagnant company is not pleasant. A company must first survive and then thrive in order to be a sustainable and viable part of the economy. Growth is a core value. A company that is not profitable and growing is not having any fun—and all four parties share in the misery. With the pieces of the puzzle face up (analysis) and with the pieces of the puzzle being put into place (implementation) a company can profit and grow. And have a lot of fun in the process.
